The sources give different histories. The organizer profile says established in 2014, while selected official product pages describe activity beginning in 2009. These may concern different stages of the business, but the reviewed sources do not explain the relationship. The site describes design, development and manufacture and displays a broad product assortment. Its capacity totals, market-share assertions and blanket certification wording are not reproduced as audited facts. A washable sleeve does not make the housing washable.

The official S516 graphic labels the housing non-waterproof and explicitly limits washing to the soft inner sleeve. Its illustrated sequence separates heating, sleeve use, rinsing and drying. Have the supplier identify the TPE sleeve, ABS/PC parts and heater/base on a parts drawing. Demonstrate removal and reassembly, including which electrical areas must remain dry.

Specify both heating modes

The graphic says two heating modes without numeric temperatures or control tolerances. Request the intended temperatures, measurement location, warm-up conditions and safe-use instructions. Do not infer a temperature from another heated cup.

Check cleaning, drying and storage instructions in the destination language. Treat the illustrated sleeve-care sequence as a starting point; obtain a complete manual and confirm compatible cleaning products for the actual sleeve formulation.

For S437/S438, include missing battery capacity, runtime and the exact charger in the quotation request. For S516, prioritize the heater/sleeve arrangement and complete care instructions. Ask whether a proposed change requires new tooling, test evidence, artwork or another approval sample.

The company and organizer make broad qualification claims, but no complete exact-model report was established in this review. Request documents by entity, model and revision, and agree samples, production timing, inspection location and shipment terms in the written offer.
