MANUFACTURER / Dongguan, China

Tingli

Tingli presents app-connected wearable and vibrating devices alongside an OEM/ODM design service. Compare three catalog designs, identify the missing app and battery details, and prepare a sample brief before requesting a branded order.

COMPANY

Tingli's stated manufacturing service and its identity boundary.

The English website names Dongguan Tingli Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.; the Chinese site names 东莞市婷立电子科技有限公司. Both describe adult-product design, manufacture and OEM/ODM work under the Tingli brand. Their claim of an operating history beginning in 2010 is a supplier statement; this review has not matched a current business-license record and company code to that history. Confirm the contracting entity for your order. [1] [6]

The company catalog includes vibrating, male and alternative-device categories. Its Manta Ray Wear, Rose Vibrating Egg and Cat Paw Wear pages make APP function a common feature, but publish different geometries and material descriptions. That combination makes them useful for comparing a connected-product range; it does not establish that they share an app, firmware, battery or control behavior. [3] [4] [5]

The company page also displays workshop photographs and broad qualification statements. No complete certificate or exact-model test report was established in this review. The profile therefore uses the available specifications and service sequence without adopting blanket certification or customer claims. [1]

MODEL SELECTION

Three catalog shapes, three different sample reviews.

The supplier uses product names rather than a formal model code on these three pages. Use those names and the official reference in your sample request. An overall dimension is not an engineering drawing: confirm which parts are included and obtain the tolerances for the production version.

Selected models — supplier-published specifications
ModelPublished configurationSample review focus
Manta Ray WearSilicone + ABS; vibration and APP function; USB charging; published size 160 × 82 × 20 mm; weight 59 g. [3]Check wearable placement, flexibility and the accessory arrangement against a dimensioned drawing. Confirm the app and control options on the sample, since the sheet does not explain them.
Rose Vibrating EggSilicone + ABS; vibration and APP function; USB charging; published size 235 × 31 × 35 mm; weight 81.5 g. [4]Ask how the 235 mm overall measurement relates to the body and any extension. Confirm the device layout and controls before sizing a retail insert or protective tray.
Cat Paw Wear VibratorSilicone; '9 frequency vibration + APP' description; USB charging; published size 113 × 36.5 mm. No numerical weight in the reviewed sheet. [5]Clarify the two-dimensional size and missing weight. Treat nine frequencies as catalog control wording, not measured hertz; test the actual sequence and app behavior.

CONNECTED PRODUCT REVIEW

APP function needs a working demonstration.

All three pages mention APP function, but the reviewed descriptions do not identify an app-store listing, supported operating-system versions, pairing method, remote-service availability or update policy. These are unresolved procurement questions, not features QQIP can assume from the label. [3] [4] [5]

For a private-label range, approve the connected experience alongside the enclosure and packaging. A device that appears correctly in a photograph can still fail the buyer's intended phone, pairing or account workflow. The checks below are QQIP sample-review guidance, not a description of Tingli's undocumented software architecture.

Identify the software and supported phones
Request the actual app name, official download location, current phone and OS support, language options and the relevant instructions. Verify on the oldest phone version your product brief requires.
Exercise the controls and recovery
Test pairing, reconnection, on-body controls and the app sequence. Ask what happens when the phone disconnects and which functions remain available without it.
Agree the branded product's responsibilities
Clarify whether branding changes include software work, who maintains the app and firmware, and who provides account support and updates. Define any intended remote function explicitly rather than assuming it exists.
DEVELOPMENT

Approve the design before releasing the bulk order.

Tingli's service page lists requirement confirmation, proposal and quotation, payment, detailed drawings, revision, a 3D-printed sample and sample approval before bulk production. QC, packing, shipping and after-sales follow. The approval points below connect that stated sequence to these app-connected devices. [2]

  1. Fix the device envelope and function

Name Manta Ray, Rose Egg or Cat Paw as the starting point. Describe the intended wearing or handheld arrangement, dimensions, materials and connected controls. Request a proposal that separates unchanged features from new development.

  2. Review drawings and prototype limits

Before accepting a prototype, identify its purpose: checking shape, fit or operating electronics. A 3D-printed appearance sample is not automatically the silicone, sealed or fully functioning production version.

  3. Approve a complete operating sample

Approve the actual device, charging accessory, app demonstration and care instructions as one configuration. Record tolerances, runtime test mode and the evidence needed for any water-resistance statement.

  4. Release the agreed revision to production

Tie the approved sample and artwork to the bulk order. Ask for the order-specific inspection plan, packing record and acceptance documentation before shipment; the website sequence is not a signed manufacturing contract.

The sequence is attributed to Tingli's service page. QQIP's approval guidance does not establish a quoted development fee, delivery date or independently audited production process.

ORDER PLANNING

The published service needs an order-specific quote.

The reviewed company, service and selected product pages do not provide a numerical MOQ for these three designs. Request minimums by product, color, electronics configuration and retail pack. A broad low-MOQ claim on the Chinese homepage is not a numerical offer for your branded version. [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

Battery capacity, charge time, runtime and an IP rating are also absent from the selected sheets. Include those required values and their verification method in the sample brief. Do not use another Tingli product's figures to complete these records. [3] [4] [5]

Separate unit price from design, tooling, artwork and any software scope. Ask for sample timing, the production trigger, packed dimensions and a shipping quotation to your destination. The published development sequence supplies no fixed price or contractual lead time. [2]

BUYER QUESTIONS

What the short catalog sheets leave open.

Do the three selected devices use the same app?

The source pages mention APP function but do not identify the app or establish shared software. Request the actual download and a demonstration for each device you plan to order. [3] [4] [5]

Is the Rose Egg's 235 mm figure its device-body length?

The page supplies an overall size without a dimensioned breakdown. QQIP cannot identify which parts are included from that number alone. Request the drawing before defining packaging or fit requirements. [4]

What does Cat Paw's nine-frequency description prove?

It is the supplier's control description. It is not a measured vibration-frequency specification, and the page does not describe each setting. Evaluate the operating sequence and app behavior on the sample. [5]

Does the published workflow establish a fixed MOQ or schedule?

No. It lists development and production stages, but the reviewed pages do not give a numerical minimum or order-specific timetable for these three products. Both need a quotation for the intended revision. [2] [3] [4] [5]

YOUR INQUIRY

Request a connected-device sample, not only a photograph.

Tell Tingli which named design should anchor the project and what connected experience must work on the sample. The missing specifications below need a supplier response before approval.

  • Manta Ray Wear, Rose Vibrating Egg or Cat Paw Wear; required shape and wearing arrangement.
  • Dimensioned drawing, included parts, tolerances and missing numerical weight where applicable.
  • App identification, oldest supported phone/OS, pairing, language and update responsibilities.
  • Battery capacity, charger limits, measured runtime mode and proposed ingress/care evidence.
  • Quantity per color and pack, brand artwork and any enclosure, control or software changes.
  • Sample approvals, model-specific MOQ, separately priced development and destination-market documents.

SOURCES & EDITORIAL REVIEW

The supplier pages behind this comparison.

QQIP Editorial reread Tingli's English company and service pages and three named product sheets on 7 October 2026, then checked the official Chinese site and searched for an authoritative company match. No exact current government or organizer registration match was established. Unrelated results and a commercial historical registry entry were not adopted as authority. Specifications and services remain supplier statements; no factory visit, independent software test or certification is claimed.
