Clarify the extending action before comparing it with a dual vibrator.
The extending section is not dimensioned
The manufacturer uses extension terminology and a pulse-extension icon. Its drawing does not identify the moving part, the stroke or the minimum/maximum operating length. A sourcing comparison needs a mechanism drawing and sample demonstration, rather than a guessed stroke derived from the still image.
The two buttons do not establish two independent channels
Buttons are visible on the fox-shaped head, but no press/hold table is published. Ask which button controls extension, which controls vibration, whether either action can stop while the other continues, and what occurs when power is interrupted. Do not turn the nine-pattern phrase into a complete control map.
Separate the outer outline from the contact geometry
