Air-Pulse Suction Device OEM: A Buyer’s Sample and Evidence Checklist

Compare documented functions, materials, charging, water-resistance claims and order conditions before approving a private-label sample.

An air-pulse or suction OEM project should begin with a model-specific sample, not a category name. The buyer needs to know which functions, materials, enclosure and commercial conditions belong to the exact configuration being quoted.

Identify the actual function and sample revision

The WINYI WY0735 listing describes five air-pulse levels. WY0635 combines ten suction modes with ten vibration modes and a burst mode. A buyer should not assume that the opening, controls or electronics are shared just because both appear in an air-pulse category. Ask the manufacturer for the exact model, function sequence and sample revision, then record what was demonstrated.

For a private-label brief, specify whether each function should operate separately or together, how the buttons respond, and which changes are only artwork or packaging. A new opening shape, control layout or electronics arrangement is a design change to be quoted and approved separately.

Inspect the opening, materials and cleaning method

Ask for close photographs and a physical sample of the contact opening, seam and any removable parts. Record which surfaces touch the user and how the finished configuration should be cleaned. WY0735 lists silicone; WY0635 describes its exterior as “food-grade silicone.” That phrase is the supplier's material description, not a QQIP-verified safety result. Request a formulation declaration and model-specific supporting documents appropriate to the destination market.

Keep the approved material, color and surface finish in the bill of materials. If a later color or texture change also changes the compound or processing method, review the evidence again rather than carrying a broad material claim across revisions.

Separate charging and water-resistance checks

WY0735 lists a magnetic USB cable and a 170 mAh battery. WY0635 lists a 15 mm USB pin-type cable and a 500 mAh battery. Confirm the actual connector and supplied cable on the sample, then compare them with the package contents and draft instructions. Battery capacity alone does not establish operating time; ask which function and conditions were used for any runtime statement.

The manufacturer lists IPX5 for WY0735 and IPX6 for WY0635. These are supplier-published water-resistance declarations, not independent QQIP test results or immersion promises. Request a report identifying the test method, tested assembly, charging-contact configuration and acceptance criteria before putting an IP claim on retail packaging. The Intertek IP Code FAQ explains why water-ingress categories must be read by their test conditions, not as a generic “waterproof” ladder.

Quote the standard and branded versions separately

Both WINYI model pages currently state a minimum of 50 pieces without customization and 1,000 pieces for color or logo customization. Those are published supplier conditions, not a current price or guaranteed stock promise. Ask for a quotation that identifies the model, quantity per color, branding method, packaging, destination market and requested delivery window. Separate the unchanged product from a branded or engineered variation.

The quotation should identify what is included: product, cable, package, artwork proof, labeling and any samples or reports. If tooling, custom packaging or another component has its own minimum, record it as a separate condition. Reconfirm availability, lead time and all minimums directly with the supplier before committing to an order.

Approve a written sample checklist before production

Record the approved sample's surface finish, seams, controls, modes, charging behavior, package contents and label copy. Agree on test conditions for operating time, noise and ingress resistance if those claims matter to the purchase. Keep a dated model and specification revision with the approval. A catalog page or a factory-wide statement is not a substitute for evidence tied to the delivered configuration.

You can compare the air-pulse and suction category, open the WINYI profile, and add the relevant products to a multi-product inquiry. Include quantities and customization scope for each model so the supplier can respond to a concrete brief.

Sources and editorial responsibility

Model facts and order conditions were checked against the official WY0735 manufacturer page and WY0635 manufacturer page on 2 October 2026. Company identity was checked against WINYI's company page. QQIP Editorial prepared this purchasing explanation. QQIP did not perform the cited product or ingress tests; buyers should obtain current model-specific evidence and commercial terms from the supplier.
